My name is Samantha Parton, and I am a Junior Computer Simulation and Game Design Major at the University of Tulsa. I'm most interested in the design and animation aspect of game design since I've been drawing all my life. Art is definitely my staple and the main thing I want to learn more of to contribute to the game design community. I've recently gained an interest in architecture within video games, which also has real world applications as well. I want to make a difference in scenery and color schemes within the game community.
Within my game design classes, I've realized that I want to make games that are aesthetically pleasing over anything, since my skills in art make up for my lack of all programming knowledge. Currently, the jelly and slime aesthetic has captivated me, and I want to attempt to make a jelly-jumping mobile game in my free time.
